Senior Program Managers

We are in need of (2) Senior Program Managers (PM). The PM will be responsible for management of development and production programs. This role includes responsibility for technical performance, schedule, budget, coordination of proposal responses, and support to business development. The PM will lead multi-disciplinary teams within a matrixed organization providing leadership, vision and direction. This position will have cost and technical responsibility for execution of specific government contract(s), and will require the planning, directing, and coordinating of project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time and funding parameters. Where subcontracts are required, the PM will manage the development of specifications, statements of work, evaluation criteria, and requests for proposal. The PM will work with Engineering and support organizations to analyze proposals with respect to cost/risk/quality, lead source selections and negotiation teams, and monitor subcontract costs, schedules, and technical performance.

A qualified candidate will have a mechanical engineering, materials, or science related bachelor's degree and at least 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires knowledge of technical, financial, scheduling and management disciplines sufficient to take responsibility for programs. Must be a self-starter capable of building and leading strong multidisciplinary teams in the execution of the division\'s strategic goals. Experience working on military DoD programs and integrated product teams is preferred. Must have the ability to handle pressure and represent the company in a positive manner. Position involves some travel.

Engineer / Technician

This position involves assembly and debugging of equipment, fabrication of fixtures and brackets, carrying out process trials, and routine data analysis. Qualifications include experience in a production, fabrication, repair, or a research environment. Hands-on assembly and/or repair experience, basic fabrication skills (e.g. cutting, drilling, milling) and creative problem solving are desired.

The ideal candidate will have experience with equipment design and installation, working knowledge of basic wiring and data acquisition systems, drawing/drafting skills, and be familiar with properties of materials.

Senior Mechanical Engineer/Designer

Touchstone is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer/ Designer who will oversees the design of products such as composite panels, tools, hot structures, shelters, machines, fixtures, etc. Experience with component machining mills, CNC, etc. a plus. May oversee fabrication, operation, application, installation, and/or repair of mechanical products. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to the Director of Technology and Innovation. Requirements include:

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering/Design with 8+ yrs. experience.
• Good business development skills.
• Good customer presence.
• Good presentation and writing skills.
